page 132

I think page 132 is powerful because it relates back to the cover which has a strong message. I find it sort of frustrating that the message on the cover was not clear (until pg. 132).My proof from the book is on page 132 the author wrote ( in Kristi's words) "There's a duck in your fish tank." that and the fact Catherine turns around after Kristi says that and sees " David's rubber duck " makes the message on the cover seem clearer to me because before I wasn't positive that David was the duck on the front cover. Now I am more sure and David is more likely to be represented by his toys than Catherine. I think in a FISH tank a duck is more different than a fish because a a FISH tank is where FISH belong, a duck does not belong in a fish tank but it goes in water. I think that means that david's the duck and he is half in half out of the world.

rules

Hello guys! I think that Catherine starts to accept David more because she has a relationship with Jason who is also disabled. I think Catherine has such a a good relationship with Jason because she can relate to him more than other people can. I also think Jason is her friend because she is someone his age. What do you think???????????? bye
